Fax documents to receiving agent prior to departure to ensure all documentation complies to import regulations.
After payment is received, and receiver is in possession of import permit (where necessary), crate will be sent.
Original documents to accompany airfreight shipments at all times.
Original documents will be sent by courier for ocean freight shipments.

We offer two options of
forwarding the cargo, namely,
Airfreight
and Ocean freight.
Overseas hunters will be informed of these options and
recommendations
on a case by
case basis given.
We have an extensive network of overseas agent and Logwin
offices and will gladly assist with the importation and delivery of cargo in your
clients country.

experience and skills in handling hunting trophy shipments.
Our network is extensive and we can efficiently handle cargo worldwide.

Contact made by Taxidermist that shipment is ready for collection.
Goods collected by Logwin – ensuring all documentation supplied is correct.
Overseas hunter is contacted and informed of status of shipment, and also supplied with estimate for delivery of crate. Same is supplied to Taxidermist.
Export documentation is framed.
Details of shipment sent to overseas agent to ensure all destination regulations are adhered to.
